Melanie Lennert

Melanie Lennert is a revenue and go-to-market leader with more than 20 years of experience driving commercial transformation in Banking and FinTech. At JP Morgan, she led asset servicing client excellence across multiple regions and shaped global strategic initiatives that modernised the bank’s operating model. She later spearheaded the DACH market entry for a US FinTech, building its commercial presence and scaling growth in a highly competitive landscape.

Today, as Founder of CRO2go, a boutique fractional leadership firm, Melanie helps financial institutions and FinTechs accelerate revenue, sharpen their go-to-market strategy, and turn complexity into commercial momentum. Her work bridges enterprise discipline with startup agility, making her a sought-after advisor for organisations navigating growth, transformation, and international expansion.

She draws fresh ideas and inspiration from her travels — and occasionally from adventures with her Bengal cats.

Jürgen Pronebner

Jürgen is a heavyweight in strategy and technology consulting with over 25 years of experience. As a long-standing partner at the Zühlke Technology Group, he held various executive positions across EMEA, driving market development and revenue growth with a specialized focus on Medical Technology (MedTech) and Mechanical Engineering.

His expertise extends deep into the Venture Capital and Private Equity sectors, solidified by his role on the advisory board of Zühlke Ventures. An entrepreneur at heart, Jürgen founded two IT companies early in his career and spent the late 90s in the US, spearheading the market entry for high-tech solutions in the telecommunications and aviation industries. At CRO2go, he bridges the gap between high-level corporate governance and entrepreneurial agility, ensuring sustainable growth and technological excellence.

Yvonne works with executive teams when strategy isn’t translating into results, helping them diagnose what’s broken and fix it, whether the issue is focus, top-team or cross-functional alignment, capability, or the operating model itself. She brings 20+ years of commercial and operational leadership experience across MedTech, packaging, and industrials, built on a foundation in strategy consulting from Kearney. She’s held executive roles at Sonova and Amcor, building, improving, and scaling commercial engines from the inside.

As Senior Advisor, Yvonne brings an outside-in perspective across scale-ups, mid-market, and large companies to CRO2go, helping us navigate growth and sharpen strategic priorities.

He has led large‑scale transformation programs, regulatory change initiatives, and governance frameworks that align business objectives with compliance standards and operational resilience.

Recognized for his driving efficiency, cost optimization, and risk‑aware cultures in complex, high‑stakes environments, Arshad, brings deep expertise in cross‑border operations, stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnerships with regulators and law enforcement agencies. His leadership is grounded in innovation, integrity, team spirit and a commitment to sustainable performance across the global banking sector.

Having held senior leadership roles at some of the world’s most respected financial institutions, Standard Chartered Bank, Barclays Bank, Citibank, Emirates NBD, and Middle East Bank, he has rare depth across various stakeholder roles in banking and with senior management including Group CEOs & Chairman.

Arshad has completed extensive professional trainings in leadership, banking regulations, and risk and compliance. His expertise spans UAE banking laws, wealth management, KYC, AML, and financial crime, supported by a strong foundation in ethics and governance. He also attended the IMF–World Bank Summit in Washington, USA.

Galimshan is a communications designer and, among other position, Creative Director at Madison Management International. Whether he is driving project planning for global icons such as Bad Bunny (Euro Tour 2020), developing effective communication solutions for industry giants such as MAN, Carl Zeiss, MCH Group AG and ThyssenKrupp, or working as a senior graphic designer for over 50 medical practices and clinics, he translates complex requirements into precise visual experiences.

He not only applies his deep understanding of strategic brand management, but also passes it on. As a lecturer at internationally renowned universities and academies (DACH), he shares his knowledge with the next generation of creatives and marketers. As a member of the examination board of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) for Swabia and Bavaria (Germany), he examines young professionals in the design and media professions.
