Meet the Fractional CROs

Melanie Lennert is a seasoned revenue leader with 20+ years of experience in Financial Services (Banking & FinTech). After leading multiple regions for asset servicing client excellence at JP Morgan and driving strategic transformation across global banking, she spearheaded the DACH market entry for a US FinTech.



Building on this expertise, Melanie co-founded CRO2go — a boutique fractional leadership firm designed to deliver momentum without the overhead. Coming from global corporate organizations, she knows how to navigate both worlds, blending enterprise rigor with startup agility.

When she is not driving revenue strategies, you will find Melanie walking her Bengal cats or travelling – her source of inspiration and innovation, where her best ideas take shape.

Jürgen Pronebner

Senior Advisor

Jürgen has extensive experience in strategy and technology consulting. For more than 25 years, he was a long-standing partner at Zühlke Technology Group, where he held various executive and management positions in Germany and EMEA with a focus on market development and revenue growth, particularly in the fields of medical technology and mechanical engineering.



Jürgen was also a member of the advisory board of Zühlke Ventures, where he gained solid expertise and built up a strong network in the field of venture capital and private equity. In his early career, Jürgen founded two IT companies specializing in software development and computer technologies. In the late 1990s, he spent several years in the US, where he actively supported the market entry of a European company for object-oriented case tools for the telecommunications and aviation industries.
